Red lipsticks / autumn - winter edition

Hello everybody 😊 So today I'm going to be swatching and reviewing four red lipsticks.
The first one is a bright blue toned red from Maybelline New York's colour sensational range. PICTURE \ pleasure me red
 It's lasting power is insane and it even survives a meal even though it doesn't look as perfect at the end . I think it suits pretty much everyone with medium to light skin . I noticed myself that it compliments green eyes really well. As well as the Color Riche Serum lipstick of L'Oreal Paris in the shade bright burgundy. It's lasting power is also very good , but it definitely doesn't survive a meal , which isn't too bad because it leaves a pretty stain . The pigmentation of both is really good and both are really creamy and moisturizing. The quality is surprisingly good for a drugstore/highstreet lipstick and I personally prefer them to my mac lipsticks because they are more moisturizing. They haven't got a specific scent ,but oh well .
Coming to the more sheer lipsticks/lipbalms . The shades candy apple and berry smoothie from the Revlon colorburst lip butters.
They are buildable but even then still really sheer ,wich is perfect for those days where you just don't to wear too much makeup or even for school. So that was everything for now bye 💖

Urban Decay Naked Palette 2 , Naked Basics 2 , Naked 3 Review

Hello everyone ! Long time no see ... well basically . I know I just posted but it was a draft so .. :P
So one of my New Years Resolution is to start this blog up again so this is a new start..
Starting with the Naked Basics 2.




1.Skimp 2.Stark 3.Frisk 4.Cover 5.Primal 6.Undone

 Skimp is a light rosy shade that  looks like bootycall from the naked 2 just without the shimmmer .
Strark is almost the same shade just a bit more brown toned .
Frisk is a light taupy shade .
Cover is a even darker taupe but is a bit more Brown toned than Frisk.
 Primal is a dark cold taupe .
Undone is a medium gray.
All the shades are matt and highly pigmented .
I use skimp as a base and under the eyebrow.
Stark is used as an all over the lid shade .
I use Frisk in the crease with primal in the outer crorner and under the bottom  lashes but usually I don´t use Frisk all that much .
I use cover in the crease to achieve an Ariana Grande eyeshadow look with primal in the outer Corner and undone on the upper waterline.

There are 10 shimmering shades and 2 matte ones . I can´t tell you enough about how pigmented these  are !!  I even use Blackout as eyeliner !! I obviously won´t describe every singl clour and look but my most used ones are chopper , half baked , tease and booty call .
I use half baked all over the lid and then blend chopper in the crease .Both are really shimmery .
Half baked is a shimmery yellow / Brown Gold . It´s by far the most popular colour .
Chopper is my personal favourite because it compliments my green eyes pretty well.
Tease is a lovely matt dark brown I use it in the crease and in the outer corner to make my look more smoky because it is really pigmented.
Booty Call is the perfect shade to put in the inner corner of the eye and under the eyebrow . It is a pinky white shade wich creates a beautiful subtle sheen.

Last but not least : Naked 3 ! It´s by far the most beautiful and most flattering for green eyes , because it is pink toned .
I haven´t used it all that much yet because I only just got it . But I think that for now I´ll use the matt shades Limit all over the lid and nooner in the crease with winged eyeliner for an Ariana Grande look.
All of the palettes are super high quality and highly pigmented , eventhough the shimmering ones (the majority) aren´t as pigmented as the matt ones , which you can even use as eyeliner.
They are a bit on the expensive side but when you think about the quaity and the number of eyeshadows you get it´s a pretty good deal.

Urban decay eyeshadow primer potion

  So today I'm talking about the Urban decay eye shadow primer in the shade Sin . Fristly the packaging. It is gorgeous and describes the content pretty well. It's a golden satin tube with a hygienic opening ,hygienic because it's really thin and long and these kind of openings make the product last longer , wich is good because you only need the tiniest amount of product to build a subtle look + long lasting eyeshadow.

The primer itself is a shimmering/satin champaign with Brown/Gold  undertones. As I said you do not need a lot of product to use it as a primer , but as you can also use it as a cream eyeshadow it is definitely buildable if  needed . I really noticed a longer duration and less crumbling of my eyeshadow.

 I use it with the naked 2 palette , wich is also going to  be in my next review . I haven't worn it with eyeshadows of other brands yet , so I can't tell how it performs with different eyeshadows. All in all I think it is worth it's money and you really get what you pay for.

Benefit - Hello Flawless Powder - Review

Hello Lovlies ! I thought I´d review my fave powder for you.It´s the Hello Flawless Powder by Benefit.
Hallo ihr lieben :) Ich habe mich entschieden eine Review über das Hello Flawless Powder von Benefit zu schreiben.

Firstly I wanted to point out the name , I mean , that´s the cutest name ever.The packaging is really cute from the outside and it has a big mirror in it so you can touch up even if you´re out .It´s quite expensive as it costs 35€/34$/ca.26pounds and it probaly isn´t in everyones budget , but it´s really worth the money.So coming to the important part now, the texture of this is of course powdery , but in a creamy way , so it won´t dry out your skin.It doesn´t stick to dry patches , wich is really useful because I tend to get dry patches all over my face sometimes.It lasts all day and there´s no need to touch up throughout the day.I have the shade "Honey" and it fits my skin tone perfectly.

Also erstmal muss ich sagen wie ich diesen Namen liebe, ich meine , dass ist so süß ♥ Die Verpackung ist wie bei allen Benefitprodukten super schön und auch praktisch. Das Puder beinhaltet auch einen Spiegel , sodass man sich immer auf dem Weg auffrischen kann.Das Puder ist etwas teuer(35€) , aber die Qualität ist hervorragend und man bekommt für sein Geld auch einige Sachen geboten.Die Textur ist natürlich pudrig , aber auf eine cremige Weise , sodass es nicht die Gesichtshaut austrocknet und auch nicht an trockenen Stellen klebt.Es hält den ganzen Tag , sodass man über den Tag nicht wiederholt nachschminken muss. Ich habe den Ton "Honey" und es passt perfekt zu meinem Gesichtston.

If you´re unsure about the shade you can ask the  shop assistans, because they are all so nice and helpful .I always love to go there and just talk to them about make up , it´s always fun going there.
I would recommend this product to everyone as it is the perfect powder for everyday use.

Mac Concelear Comparison - Pro Longwear vs. Select Cover-up

Hello lovlies ! So today I´m going to compare the pro longwer concelear and select cover-up concelear by mac.Firstly I want to tell you what I expect from a concelear : it should be moisturissing , it should be medium to full coverage (as my undereye circles are often really dark), and it shouldn´t crease.

The select cover- up concelear was my first mac concelear ever so I really used it to death until I noticed that it was making my skin really dry so I went to the mac store and they sold me the pro longwear concelear wich is a lot more moisturising than the select cover.The select cover has light to medium coverage and it isn´t really buildable.I apply it with the finger, at first sight , I thought that I´d have to use tons of it ,because it is in such a small tube and has a really small opening, but you just have to apply a tiny bit on your finger and it melts onto your skin as you apply it.A big issue of this is,that it´s really dry and also sticks to dry patches so it isn´t really working for me,but I think it would be great for people who have quite oily skin.

The pro longwear is really moisturising and has medium to high coverage.

The little glass bottle has a pump, wich is really unpractical as there comes out so much and it is really uncontrolable so that you will end up having enough concelear for a whole face,when you pump once.My solution for that problem is,that I just wipe the rest that I don´t need into the lid and use is the next day,because I love that concelear too much ,to stop using it just because of this issue.

 It is really easy to apply with a small foundation brush or with the finger, I use the small foundation brush by zoeva to aplly it.It blends in perfectly and it doesn´t crease.
If I had to choose I´d always choose the pro longwear concelear,as it just fits my needs perfectly,but I also think that the select cover-up concelear has it´s benefits , just not for me.So if you´re looking for a lightweight concelear with light coverage, go for the select cover-up , but if you´re looking for a high to medium coverage concelear that´s a bit more dewy go for the pro longwear .

Bourjois-Colour Boost Lip Crayon

Hello Lovlies :) Today I´m going to do a tiny review about my well loved lip crayon by Bourjois.

I have the colour ´Plum Russian´ as the name already tells it´s a plum shade and it´s quite dark with a red tone in it.

The packaging is really practical but nothing special.You can turn  the little silver part at the end of the crayon so that there will come out the rest of the pen.The Lip crayon/gloss claims to last 10h,to be waterproof and to have spf 15 wich I personnaly don´t unterstand because I don´t think that your lips will get burned by the sun.However I don´t think that it lasts 10h, as it is really glossy, but it holds long enough to go out at least 5h  and there won´t be the need to touch it up.I think the pigmentation is amazing for the price (11euros/ca.8pounds) and the texture is also amazing because it is moisturising without being sticky and it feels really lightweight onthe lips so it´s perfect for warmer days in spring and summer.
I would recommend this product to everyone who is searching for a lightweight glossy stain for summer , but this isn´t the most summery shade so you should take a look at the other colours maybe.

Hollister - Body Mists and Body Lotion

Hello Lovelies !Today I´m going to write about the Body Care from Hollister.I own two Body Mists (14euro/ca.11pounds) and one Body Lotion.

  

They are in the scents Crescent Bay(right) and Solana Beach(left).All Body Mists from Hollister are very summery and  they are the best alternative to perfume in summer as it doesn´t feel so heavy on the skin and it refreshes.They seem to have colour but it doesn´t show off at all so you can apply them even when you´re wearing white clothes,without worrying that it shows off pink or blue.The smell stays quite long but you have to touch it up throughout the day wich isn´t very practicale as you don´t want to carry the bottle around all day.Crescent Bay smells like sugary watermelon and it smells absolutely delicious it is definitely on the fruity side and it isn´t very complex so you have this one smell and it stays just like this.
Solana Beach smells more floraly than fruity but there´s a hint of raspberry in it and it also smells a bit like vanilla this is a bit more complex than Crescent Bay but also quite simple.I think the only downside on these are that they run out quite fast so you can´t use them too much if you don´t want to get a new one after a short time.
However I would recommend this to younger people or just for your freetime but this is definitely not made for going to work with it, maybe for school but it depends on how much you apply.The Mists  themselves are great and I love to put them on.

Now going on with the Body Lotion in the scent Trippers Beach(14euros/ca.11pounds).
The scent again as every Body Care product from Hollister is very summery.The texture of this is so creamy and lightweight.Not just that it moisturises really great and goes on really smooth  it doesn´t claim anything about it but what I notice everytime I put this on is that itmakes my skin look more flawless wich is super great and makes me love this more.The main reason why I bought this was actually the smell of it because it smells just like this orange water ice everybody remembers from her childhood.I think there is nothing bad to say about this I highly recommend the Hollister Body Care the next time you go into a Hollister you should take a sniff at some of the scents because I think not everyone will like the same scents as I do.
